Arizona Delays Enforcement of Eviction Orders for Renters Impacted by COVID-19

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey

March 24, 2020: Governor Ducey released an Executive Order delaying enforcement of eviction orders for renters affected by COVID-19.

The Arizona Department of Housing can provide assistance and information for renters and homeowners struggling to make their housing payments.
