If you are new to property management, your rental property owner is new to the DOR processes and requirements, or you have been trying to keep up on all the recent changes, attending one or more of the PMC workshops will be helpful and bring you up to date.
The workshops, designed by the Arizona Department of Revenue staff, are designed to build on each other so that at the end of the 3-part series you will understand the PMC DOR process and forms from start to finish.
Workshop #1 covers licensing and powers of attorney (POA), including the PMC specific POA. Workshop #2 covers engaging, disengaging and requesting authority from the property owner. Workshop #3 covers filing, paying and amending TPT returns on rental property.
The three-part workshop is designed for PMCs. Property owners may attend the property owner workshop explaining taxable activities, licensing requirements and how to work with a property manager.
All of these workshops are virtually presented in an interactive format so you will be able to ask questions in a small online group setting. The next workshop scheduled is:
