Every month the Arizona Department of Revenue holds live, virtual workshops for property managers and their clients.
There are three PMC workshops you may attend:

This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn about the newest changes to the TPT system for PMCs.
Does your rental property owner client know what TPT is? or their responsibilities? If not, you may wish to direct your client to the rental property owner workshops.
The rental property owner workshop is three hours of taxable activities, licensing requirements, how to work with a property manager, and more.
