At the end of February, just before the COVID-19 shutdowns started marching through our state, WeSERV West Valley Chapter hosted Coffee with the Mayor with Youngtown Mayor LeVault as our guest.
I hope you enjoy this visit with Mayor LeVault. Youngtown is a unique, quaint small town (population just over 6,500) surrounded by larger booming cities. As you will hear from the Mayor, it is affordable, friendly, and has all the attributes of small-town America while being close to freeways and amenities.
