WeMAR member and Board of Director, Mandy Neat, is Avondale’s newest Planning & Zoning Commissioner. She was sworn in last night, November 20, 2017.
Mandy and her daughters led the Pledge of Allegiance at the request of Mayor Weise. Great job ladies!
Planning and Zoning Commissions are very important to REALTORS® and their clients. Land use questions of all types are first discussed at the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission then discusses and makes recommendations to the City Council.
What types of issues come before P&Z? Subdivision approvals, business location approvals, street and other infrastructure updates and changes, and currently on several city agendas; sign ordinances.
