November 6, 2020, the City of Eloy and the Eloy Chamber of Commerce are hosting a walking tour of existing vacant buildings that front Main Street between 6th and Frontier. The buildings on tour are available for purchase.
In addition, Eloy town historian, Dick Myers, will be on hand to provide information about Eloy and its history.
City representatives will be in attendance to answer questions regarding:
- Acquisition of property
- Zoning
- Building Codes
- Property Maintenance
- Construction
- Financing
- And more
Property data sheets and maps with available buildings will be available to attendees.
