Fair Housing, ADA and Disparate Impact – we have all heard the names, and probably taken more than one class on them.
But, with changing HUD guidelines and an increased number of testers in the field – Do you really know if you and your business are on solid ground? Have you constructed habits and business policy that will not only pass Fair Housing and ADA muster, but also Disparate Impact? Do you know what HUD Testers are testing for?
Tell us what questions you want asked and answered by filling out the question survey.
We are bringing together attorneys from Fennimore Craig to discuss these questions from the business owner and real estate practitioner point of view, and the agency who creates the guidelines and rules (HUD) along with the organization tasked with finding violators (SWFHC).
You will learn how HUD testers are trained so you can understand the process better, and you will be able to ask questions of the rule maker – HUD.
This event will be paired with a mini expo where you can find resources and information. This event has been approved for 3 CE in Fair Housing from AZ DRE. This is a free event.
