Over the past several weeks great strides have been made encouraging the Sun City Recreation Center Board of Directors to consider changes to the Governing Documents that would allow FHA and other loans with a Free Assumability clause.
Residents have shown up at several meetings, written letters, made phone calls and written letters to the editor of local papers.
After more than 18 months, it appears the Sun City Rec Center Board of Directors is poised to consider language changes exempting lenders who perform a foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure from the mandatory Rec Center fee.
