Join us on Sept. 14, 2022 for a two part Government Affairs event and meeting.
9am to 10am: We begin with guest presenter, Steve Matley. Before you see the houses, shopping center or commercial buildings, someone has to dream the project, find the land, acquire the land, entitle the land and work with city planners to rezone or zone the land.
Steve has over 25 years in the land acquisition, entitlement and real estate construction project management. Learn how he works with cities and towns to meet their housing and economic development needs.
10:15am: Next, we will have a quick member forum. Tell us what issues are of concern to you and your clients. How can WeSERV help?
10:30am to 12 noon: We will finish off with our Government Affairs Committee meeting. The committee will discuss topics, issues and the upcoming candidate interviews.
All WeSERV members are invited to attend this meeting. Come for the discussions that interests you and leave when you need to leave. Provide us your input at the forum and participate in discussion at the committee meeting.
