On March 11, 2021 the American Rescue Plan (HR 1319) became law. It is almost $2 Trillion of spending for various programs. While most people heard about this new law in conjunction with COVID-19 relief provisions, most of the spending contained in the bill had nothing to do with COVID-19.
One of its provisions was to provide $65 million of direct funding to American cities and towns. Here are some preliminary estimates for funds going to cities and towns within the WeSERV area:
