Imagine being overseas or out of state and getting orders to relocate to our area in a matter of days. That is what it is like for Luke Air Force Base personnel.
Wouldn’t it be nice if those relocating to Luke could easily find available rental properties quickly and efficiently? Well, that is what we are hoping to accomplish with this training.
At this time Luke needs rental property owners and property managers to input available units into their system. There are two reasons for this. First is the ability for incoming personnel to access available rental properties easily. Second, the rentals inputted between now and August 31st will be used by the DoD (Dept. of Defense) to help decide the 2022 housing allowance.
WeSERV will be hosting a training session for property managers and property owners. This training will show you how to set up an account, access the portal, and input available properties. Members and non-members are invited to attend this free training at our Peoria office on June 29, 2021 from 10am to 11:30am.
If you are a PMC or rental property owner, you may register for this event now. If you are not, please spread the word so that this portal has as many rental properties as possible now and going forward.
