Construction is scheduled to begin in early summer 2023 on two bridges: the Queen Creek bridge and the Waterfall Canyon Bridge.
A new Queen Creek Bridge will be constructed just east of the existing bridge.
The existing Waterfall Canyon Bridge will be reconstructed in place.
The existing Queen Creek Bridge has been determined to be a historic bridge under the under the National Historic Preservation Act. ADOT is seeking public input on the preservation of the bridge as well as questions the public may have.
