The ability to access and use the internet is now essential, no matter who you are or what age you are. Increasingly those without internet or reliable internet are isolated and, in some cases, unable to conduct the business of life.
The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) is in the process of developing its broadband plan for the next several years. ACA needs your input as a real estate professional and as a resident.
- What and who needs access to internet?
- What and who needs better access to internet?
- What types of services or businesses need internet or more reliable internet?
- What internet needs does the agricultural community need?
- What does manufacturing, supply chain, transportation and water services need?
- What are the internet needs of medicine? Education, Libraries, Churches?
In short, think about your day. What are the internet needs for you, your family, your business, the businesses you patronize? What are the government and private sector services you use, and what are their internet needs? Provide your input to this needed conversation.
The first virtual roundtable discussion is scheduled for June 20, 2023 from 3pm to 4pm.
ACA has scheduled several virtual roundtable discussions. You may find more information and register to attend one or more roundtable discussions on the Arizona Commerce Authority website.
