The Sun Corridor study to address transportation needs in Pinal County is underway. ADOT released an update and dates for public comment meetings.
The North-South Corridor is a proposed 55-mile roadway between Apache Junction and I-10 in Eloy. The study also includes the extension of State Route 24 from Ironwood Dr.
This study is the first phase in a sequence of a several phase study. The study is a Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement, the first step in determining a preferred route.

Public Meetings are currently scheduled for:
- Oct. 1 – Florence High School – 5:30pm to 7:30pm
- Oct. 10 – Eloy City Hall – 5:30pm to 7:30pm
- Oct. 15 – Poston Butte High School – 5:30pm to 7:30pm
